Hugo has been my teacher for more than 8 years. I was attending group evening classes in 2014, but I became frustrated with the pace of learning. Once I started with Hugo, he really challenged my learning and I have improved a lot. He is a very thorough teacher, super friendly and I really enjoy our lessons. Since COVID-19 we now have the lessons online and they work even better because at the end of the lesson I have a digital copy of all the notes.

I have weekly online lessons with Hugo as I wanted to get my Spanish level back after many years of not practising. Hugo has been great. We have conversation lessons, and he types it out and corrects as we are speaking so I can see errors as I go. We also practice grammar with exercises.
Hugo is very friendly and approachable, and I recommend his lessons. My confidence in speaking has definitely improved. Btw, he is in Spain, and I'm in London, and it works very well.

I had been trying to learn Spanish with Rosettastone for a year with little success and found it quite difficult, as nothing is really explained. I have been having private lessons with Hugo for five years now and he is a great teacher. He goes right back to basics, and starts you off with very easy lessons.
